Role Description:
We're looking for a proactive and structured generalist to join the Founder’s Office. You will be working in a high-trust, high-ownership role responsible for keeping the company’s core operational and strategic workflows moving. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking for a crash course in entrepreneurship, using first principles thinking and frameworks to solve cross-functional problems across products and services.
Key Responsibilities
This role is inherently dynamic and unstructured. You should be someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a proven ability to bring order to chaos, and is deeply committed to scaling Armatrix alongside the founding team.
You will wear multiple hats, across finance, operations, communication, and strategic execution; stepping into whatever role is most critical at the time. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Presentation Strategy & Positioning: Support founders to prepare for conferences, customer visits and demo days.
- Compliance & Governance: Act as the point of coordination between Armatrix and our legal and finance teams to ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
- Financial Oversight: Own and maintain visibility into our monthly budget to support financial discipline and forecasting.
- Grants & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify and lead the end-to-end application process for grants and government support programs.
- Documentation Management: Draft, organize, and maintain necessary documents and keep them in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Stakeholder & Event Management: Plan and execute high-impact events including customer demonstrations, investor visits and internal team gatherings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong business acumen is essential for anyone in the Founder’s Office. A solid grasp of core business concepts, such as financial metrics, market dynamics, and operational efficiency.
- 1–2 years of experience in startups, consulting, finance, or generalist ops.
- Being comfortable working with hard-tech businesses is a must.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
